Group of Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC Attorneys to Serve as Judges for New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Annual High School Mock Trial Competition

January 17, 2025 – Little Falls, NJ – On January 28, 29, and 30, a team of Scarinci & Hollenbeck, LLC attorneys will be judging the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s (NJSBF) annual Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition.

Launched in 1982, the NJSBF’s annual mock trial competition was created to provide interactive learning experiences for high school students outside of the classroom. Using an original case the NJSBF’s Mock Trial Committee prepares, student teams take on the roles of attorneys, witnesses and jurors. The program helps students develop skills in public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork. This year’s case, Capella v. Petzicon Products, Inc., deals with product liability.

NJSBF Mock Trial Competitions are free and open to students in public, private, charter and home schools in New Jersey.
