Nobile, an Associate in the firm’s Litigation group, have both been appointed to New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) committees. Mr. McKillop was appointed to serve as a member of the NJSBA’s Cannabis Law Committee for the 2018-19 term. Ms. Nobile was appointed to serve as a member of the NJSBA’s Legal Education Committee. According to the NJSBA, the work of these committees is “essential to advancing the interests of the Association, the legal profession and the public,”.

Daniel T. McKillop has more than fifteen years of experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex environmental litigations and regulatory proceedings before state and federal courts and environmental agencies arising under numerous state and federal statutes, including the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and Spill Compensation and Control Act (Spill Act), and the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Clean Air and Clean Water Acts.

Liana M. Nobile is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation practice. Ms. Nobile focuses her practice on all facets of litigation, assisting both public and private clients. Before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, she was associated with a Cedar Knolls, New Jersey law firm where she focused her practice on insurance defense litigation. Prior to that, she was associated with a Red Bank, New Jersey law firm focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury law.
