Mr. Feffer’s presentation, “Ten Steps Before Step One”, will focus on ethical considerations for attorneys at the start of a real estate transaction. Mr. Feffer will provide an ethics checklist and cover topics such as avoiding conflicts of interest, the rules on taking referrals from brokers and non-lawyers, doing business with clients, and more.
