Before joining the firm, Ms. Bomser was affiliated with a nationally-ranked boutique information technology (IT) firm, where she represented numerous clients in litigation and other matters relating to data breach, breach of contract, wage payment disputes, and more. She also has experience handling legal malpractice claims and attorney grievance complaints under the Attorney Disciplinary Rules. Notably, Ms. Bomser served as Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where she handled all aspects of litigation of civil cases, including employment law and public health matters.
Ms. Bomser earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
